Black Bean Burrito


Not only is this vegetarian burrito rich with fiber and protein, vitamins and minerals coming from all-natural, fresh sources, like black beans, tomatoes and romaine lettuce, it's full on authentic Mexican flavor. We mash black beans with chipotle peppers, giving this burrito it's spiced and smoky taste and wrap them together with lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese in a white whole wheat flour tortilla.
